Title: DoD Financial Systems Analyst

Role: Lead in providing analysis to help develop and deliver business and financial management analysis and documents to facilitate general ledger management, budgetary resource management, cost management, receivable management, payment management, and fund balance with management. Maintain responsibility for strategic analysis, market analysis of COTS, and various alternate solutions. Maintain responsibility for functional system implementation activities, including requirements, design, and testing, A-127 compliance review, the financial management system, and financial management organizational and workforce assessment. Act as a primary interface with the client and lead client briefings as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience with performing and delivering business or financial management systems solutions
  • Experience with implementing one or more of the major ERP COTS packages within the federal government or commercial markets
  • Active Secret clearance
  • BA or BS degree

 

Title: DoD Financial Systems Strategist

Act as a primary interface with the client and lead client briefings as needed. This position is located in McLean, VA.

Title: DoD IT Governance Lead

Role: Mature the Army Human Capital Management Domain (HCM) governance process by serving as the IT governance lead for the Army G-1 CIO. Work with the Army G-1 CIO O5 governance chief and other military, civilian, and contractor personnel to improve the current HCM domain governance process and work independently and proactively with often limited guidance. Utilize portfolio management or enterprise architecture concepts to support the IT portfolio management, transition planning, and enterprise architecture teams within the HCM domain by providing IT governance leadership. Work in a dynamic team environment with collaborative resources and use excellent written and oral communication skills. Exercise functional knowledge of Army HR life-cycle functions. Drive an agenda for client meetings and strategic initiatives. This position is located in Arlington, VA.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • 2+ years of experience with communicating with civilian GS-14+ or military O5+ staff 
  • 2+ years of experience with reading and interpreting DoD or Department of the Army policy

Title: DoD IT Risk Analyst

Role: Provide government clients with IT, program risk management, and analytical support for technical processes, projects, and programs. Work with subject matter experts and various stakeholders to facilitate risk identification, analysis, and management and track the performance of risk management initiatives for a large technology implementation. Analyze program requirements, actions, and decisions from a systems engineering, cost, and scheduling perspective to determine associated risks. Develop risk mitigation plans and implement required actions. Schedule and facilitate risk assessments on program and project workloads and initiatives, enter data into the risk management database, and maintain the currency of the data. Coordinate the approval and closure of risks and opportunities with risk owners and contribute data to various reports and forums on a recurring basis. This position is located in Arlington, VA.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with DoD risk management principles and enterprise risk management
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel
  • BA or BS degree

 

Title: DoD Junior Systems Architect

Role: Perform IT analysis and enterprise architecture development in support of DoD clients. Review DoD regulations and policy and interview subject matter experts to develop and document a set of business and system models for specific DoD business areas using various modeling notations and techniques. Facilitate communications with stakeholders and develop and present system and business model artifacts to various forums. This position is located in Arlington, VA. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with systems analysis, system design, requirements documentation, or related activity using standard notations
  • 6+ months of experience with standard information modeling notations, including DoDAF, BPMN, TOGAF, and RUP
  • 6+ months of experience with the DoD Business Transformation Agency and system acquisition management requirements
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • BA or BS degree
