Role: Lead in providing analysis to help develop and deliver business and financial management analysis and documents to facilitate general ledger management, budgetary resource management, cost management, receivable management, payment management, and fund balance with management. Maintain responsibility for strategic analysis, market analysis of COTS, and various alternate solutions. Role: Mature the Army Human Capital Management Domain (HCM) governance process by serving as the IT governance lead for the Army G-1 CIO. Work with the Army G-1 CIO O5 governance chief and other military, civilian, and contractor personnel to improve the current HCM domain governance process and work independently and proactively with often limited guidance. Utilize portfolio management or enterprise architecture concepts to support the IT portfolio management, transition planning, and enterprise architecture teams within the HCM domain by providing IT governance leadership. Work in a dynamic team environment with collaborative resources and use excellent written and oral communication skills. Exercise functional knowledge of Army HR life-cycle functions. Drive an agenda for client meetings and strategic initiatives. This position is located in Arlington, VA. Basic Qualifications:
Role: Provide government clients with IT, program risk management, and analytical support for technical processes, projects, and programs. Work with subject matter experts and various stakeholders to facilitate risk identification, analysis, and management and track the performance of risk management initiatives for a large technology implementation. Analyze program requirements, actions, and decisions from a systems engineering, cost, and scheduling perspective to determine associated risks. Develop risk mitigation plans and implement required actions. Schedule and facilitate risk assessments on program and project workloads and initiatives, enter data into the risk management database, and maintain the currency of the data. Coordinate the approval and closure of risks and opportunities with risk owners and contribute data to various reports and forums on a recurring basis. This position is located in Arlington, VA. Role: Perform IT analysis and enterprise architecture development in support of DoD clients. Review DoD regulations and policy and interview subject matter experts to develop and document a set of business and system models for specific DoD business areas using various modeling notations and techniques.
